BREATH WORK

Breath Work is a self-healing technique where you control your breath. Many years ago yogi’s called this method Pranayama which teaches you to breathe consciously with intent, and mindfulness. It’s a personal practice that when done correctly and with guidance is known to transform your healing practice. It’s a number of therapeutic practices and exercises used to help relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional blockages. It’s good for your mind, body, and spirit.
